Overview

We are an innovative tech company redefining fan engagement through smart wearables. Our products bring sports fans closer to the action by enhancing their experience with real-time updates, interactive content, and exclusive club insights. As we expand, we are looking for a Marketing Officer to drive brand awareness, fan adoption, and club partnerships.

As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement, sales, and brand loyalty. You’ll work closely with sports clubs, influencers, and digital communities to ensure our smart wearables become a must-have for fans.

Key responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, digital ads, and influencer partnerships.

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing materials, including blog posts, videos, and social media content to connect with fans.

  • Brand & Club Partnerships: Collaborate with sports clubs and fan communities to promote smart wearables and drive engagement.

  • Social Media & Community Engagement: Grow and engage our online community across Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and fan forums.

  • Performance Analytics: Track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, using Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM tools.

  • Event Marketing: Support live sports events, activations, and sponsorship opportunities to showcase our product in real-world fan experiences.

  • PR & Outreach: Work with media outlets, bloggers, and sports influencers to increase visibility and credibility.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in sports, tech, or fan engagement.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy.

  • Passion for sports and fan culture, with an understanding of how to engage different audiences.

  • Experience with SEO, paid ads, and email marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging, viral-worthy content.

  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Bonus Skills
  • Experience working with sports brands, teams, or entertainment.

  • Knowledge of fan engagement trends, gamification, or AR experiences.

  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
